We provide quality mental health treatment and educational services, in a residential and day treatment setting, to emotionally disabled adolescents and their families with a focus on reintegrating the adolescent into the community.
Our vision is to be a national model comprehensive care provider of quality mental health treatment and educational services to emotionally disabled adolescents and their families.  The services offered are fully integrated into the continuum of care available in Maryland.

We serve adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 years of age.
We strive for excellence in both treatment and performance.
We are a facility under the Mental Hygiene Administration.
