Attention Pharmacies!!(5pm 4/15):  The Pharmacy Online renewal system is temporarily disabled to perform software updates and will resume on or before Monday April 21, 2014.  If preferred, a hardcopy of the pharmacy renewal application may be accessed and completed through this link.  Please mail the complete application, attachments and fee to: Maryland Board of Pharmacy Licensing Unit, 4201 Patterson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215.  Chain pharmacies are not required to remit a fee if a payment has been remitted on their behalf by the corporate office.

Effective July 1, 2013, the renewal fee for a Maryland pharmacist has increased from $253.00 to $261.00. This change is due to an increase in the required fee
assessment of all Maryland-regulated health care practitioners by the
Maryland Health Care Commission.
